Do I need to be in Dallas to work with you?
Not at all. We work in person with clients across DFW (Dallas, Fort Worth, Mesquite, Arlington, Plano, Garland, Irving, and surrounding cities) and remotely with small businesses across the U.S. through QuickBooks Online and secure document sharing.
Do you do taxes too?
We primarily specialize in bookkeeping and financial organization. Our goal is to keep your books clean, accurate, and tax-ready year-round.
We proudly work alongside CPAs and tax professionals by providing organized financials and reports to help make tax season smoother and more efficient.
For clients needing tax preparation assistance, we can also connect you with a trusted tax professional through our network.
Are there any contracts or commitments?
Monthly plans are month-to-month. You can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. We don’t lock anyone in because we’d rather have clients who stay because they want to, not because they have to.
Do you offer services in Spanish?
Yes — full bilingual service in English and Spanish. All calls, emails, reports, and documents are available in either language, whichever you prefer.
What if my books are years behind?
That’s exactly what books cleanup service is for. We’ve cleaned up books that were 1, 2, even 5 years behind. We’ll quote it as a one-time project (starting at $2,000) before transitioning you to a regular monthly plan.
Do I need QuickBooks already?
No. If you don’t have QuickBooks yet, we’ll set it up for you (starting at $500). If you have a different system — Wave, FreshBooks, Excel — we’ll either work with it or migrate you over, depending on what makes sense for your business.
How secure is my financial information?
We use QuickBooks Online (SOC 2 compliant), encrypted document sharing, and never store sensitive data on personal devices. NDAs are available on request. Your data is treated with the same care a CPA firm would treat it.
What if I need help between months?
Standard and Premium clients have ongoing direct support — email me anytime. Basic clients can reach out by email and get a response within 48 hours. There’s no extra charge for quick questions.
